Your monthly fee includes:

The application process is simple:

1. Download and complete the Application Form
2. Submit the following documents:
   • Completed application form
   • Copy of ID/Passport
   • 3 months bank statements
   • Guardian/Parent ID copy
3. Pay the registration fee once your application is approved
4. Pay the deposit which is half of one month's rent

Our move-in process is straightforward:

1. Once your application is approved, you'll receive a move-in date
2. On arrival, you'll need to:
   • Present your ID/Passport
   • Sign the lease agreement
   • Complete a room inspection
   • Receive your room key and access card
3. Our staff will assist with orientation and introduce you to the facilities
4. You'll receive a welcome pack with important information and house rules
